API offers the following service tiers...
- ENCHANTMENT- In office/phone consultation services only. This is
designed for the Bride or Groom that wants guidance or referrals only and
does not wish for a member of our staff to be present at their wedding or
reception. Hourly rates apply and requires a two hour minimum purchase.
- ELEGANCE - Wedding direction also known as "month of assistance" for
the
Bride and Groom who have handled all their own plans but want to
have a professional coordinate the rehearsal and the wedding day so
that
they can enjoy their special day. Services begin the month prior to the
wedding date.
- EXQUISITE - Full service wedding planning for the Bride and Groom
that want to be hands on with the planning of their special day but
require assistance and guidance from our staff. Includes accompaniment
and/or scheduling appointments on behalf of the Bride and Groom,
vendor referrals, theme creation, event design and overall management of
the entire planning process..
- ELITE- Deluxe full service for the Bride and Groom who prefer the
consultant to handle all the day to day details, legwork and overall
management for their special event. Clients are presented with proposals
and have the luxury of being able to determine what area and the level of
involvement he/she wishes to have in the planning stages. This package is
designed for the Bride and Groom who have busy work schedules, are
enrolled in graduate or post graduate studies, have relocated but want to
get married in their hometown, destination weddings or for the Bride and
Groom that just don't want to deal with the hustle and bustle of wedding
planning.
- EXCELLENCE - For the Bride and Groom whose needs don't really fit
into the above categories but prefer a customized package that will meet
their specific needs and budget
The following is a list of some of the services offered in our packages:
- Coordinate, plan and manage the wedding and reception
- Budget preparation, review and management
- Advice on planning and etiquette
- In person, phone or email consultations with Consultant
- Assist with theme creation and implementation
- Assist with venue acquisition for the ceremony and reception
- Vendor referrals, confirmation and management
- Prepare customized planning time line
- Prepare customized wedding day itinerary wedding participants and
vendors
- Prepare and manage guest list database and assist with seating
assignments
- Review and analysis of all contracts
- Attendance to final gown and formal wear fittings
- Assist with stationery selection and wording (save-the-dates, invitations,
programs, etc.)
- Assistance with order of service and program
- Assistance with selection of favors and gifts
- Assembling and mailing of wedding invitations
- Assist and advise bridal party of roles and responsibilities
- Assist with the selection and management of hotel accommodations
- Assist with event decor, design and set up
- Initial and final walk through at selected wedding and reception venues
- RSVP tracking and confirmation
- Set up of ceremony accessories
- Floor plan design
- Coordinate wedding rehearsal (2 hours maximum)
- Serve as Mistress of Ceremony at reception
- Personal Assistant assigned to Bride and Groom on the wedding day to
assist wherever necessary and to adhere to customized itinerary
- Minimize the amount of wedding related stress for the Bride and Groom
- Trained consultants and assistants to manage the event to ensure that the
wedding is Always A Positive Image in your memory.
